Citrus Essential Oils

CITRUS FRESH ESSENTIAL OIL:
Stimulates the right brain to amplify creativity and well-being as well as eradicate anxiety. Works well as an air purifier. University researchers in Japan found that diffusing a citrus fragrance in an office environment improved mental accuracy and concentration by 54 percent. When diffused, it adds a clean, fresh scent to any environment.
INGREDIENTS:
ORANGE(Citrus sinensis)is elevating to the mind and body, bringing security, joy, & peace. It is high in limonene which prevents DNA damage. Has anticoagulant properties.
TANGERINE(Citrus reticulata)contains esters and aldehydes that are sedating and calming, combating anxiety and nervousness. It is high in limonene which prevents DNA damage.
LEMON(Citrus lemon)has an extremely cleansing smell. This oil helps purify and uplift.
MANDARIN(Citrus reticulata)has sedative and slightly hypnotic properties, mandarin combats insomnia, stress & irritability. It is high in limonene which prevents DNA damage. Has anticoagulant properties.
GRAPEFRUIT(Citrus paradisi) decongesting and fat-dissolving. It is high in linenene which prevents DNA damage. Has anticoagulant properties. This aroma can be very calming and bring a sense of wholeness.
SPEARMINT(Mentha spicata) oil helps support the respiratory, glandular, and nervous systems. With its hormone-like activity, it helps open and release emotional blocks and bring about a feeling of balance. It is antispasmodic, anti-infectious, anti-parasitic, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory. It has also been used to increase metabolism to burn fat.
APPLICATIONS:
Dilute 1 part Essential Oil to 1 part vegetable oil.
A favorite for diffusing or directly inhale, or add 2-4 drops to bath water. Apply 1 to 2 drops on edge of ears, wrists, neck, temples,or foot VitaFlex points. Dilute 1:15 with vegetable oil for a full-body massage. Put 2 drops on a wet cloth and put in clothes dryer. Put 4-8 drops on cotton ball and locate on vents. Can also be ingested.
Possible sun/skin sensitivity.
